Mvat rc amendment

Hi,

Write a letter for addition of place of business with authority letter to collect amended certificate.

Get Additional place of business proof with Pan card.

1. 2 copies of file attached on the letterhead

2. Other documents as mentioned in the file ( whcihever applicable )

3. Owned Premises : Purchase Agreement, Light Bill, Society Maintenance Bill, NOC Of all the owners and their PAN card copy,Property tax paid challan.

4. Rented Premises : Leave and License Agreement,Light Bill, Society Maintenance Bill, NOC Of all the owners and their PAN card copy

5. Submit the documents at the TAPAL on wednesday, Compulsorily to do this amendment of Friday. No other day, amendment will be done.

6. Person authorised to collect the certificates and do amendment should carry his/her id proof and LETTER OF AUTHORITY IN FORM 708 OR 709 with court fee stamp of Rs.5 or 10.

All photocopies to be signed and stamped by partner/ proprietor, director/authorised person. Also carry all originals for verification by inspector.
