Hi we are registered manufacturer at Karnataka. We have entered into contract with A TEemple tRUST at Andhrapradesh. The contract includes the supply of goods and fabrication, errection and commissioning at AP. wE are billing thru CST @ 4% however the turst is deducting 2.8% WCT under composite scheme also Request your help whether we are eligible for waiving of CST against the whole deal ? whethwer we have to pay aditional service taxes PS. We do not have any registration at AP for VAT or service tax also.
