Munish bhandari book bought but how about notes for revision

Hi all,

I have bought the latest book of Munish Bhandari which consists of about 1000 pages. I wanted to know how can one revise during exam time as revision of the entire book would be impossible to complete.

For this purpose, I plan to make my own notes. However i haven't prepared my own notes before. I wanted tips as to how notes have to be prepared. I would be grateful if somebody gives me handy tips as how to prepare notes for Law.
