Multi disciplinary firm

Hello Everyone,

                           I have a querry.Can a CA enter into partnership with other professionals??Can a CA form multi-disciplinary firm??And if yes, how can be risk of Negligence on part of other partners be managed?? I mean if a CWA has defaulted in his work,and CA and CWA are not directly involved in same work.So is CA liable for  liablity caused due to negligence of CWA ???
