I have been selected for the management trainee post in coal india. The result was declared on 15 feb. Is there any one who has been also selected in CIL. Then plz share ur views, so that we can become familiar now as u know we have to meet in ranchi.

can you please share your views on how you prepared for such examinations and all....me too have appeared for it but didn't able to clear the exam.......

I did not do any special for this exam, But I prepared for Non Technical part (Reasoning, maths). I think this is helped me very much to the clear the exam as most of the student do not prepare for this part. and this part contain approx 40% weitage of total score and nothing else.....
Have you taken any coaching for this non-technical section or prepared on your own.......and what are your suggestions for preparations of such type of exams?
I prepared on myself such part. The only suggestion on my part, if u want to clear these exam then work on non technical part not on finanace.....because we all have knowledge of finance but most of the student dont have knowledge proper reasoning, maths........U can find these part in every govt. sector exam containing atleast 40% weight. So think about it.
