Hi, I have checked this out and this scheme is available for crop loans and MSME loans at 2% subsidised Interest rate for the year. You have to check out the subsequent rates as I suspect it will be regular interest rate.
This facility is available when a loan was taken between FY 2018-2020. I think the duration is over and that is why you are not getting information from banks. Contact customer support.
