A co. having msme suppliers is required to file msme return for medium enterprises also or just for micro and small enterprises?

A company which is having due over 45 days from the date of invoice for MSME registered suppliers alone, then the company needs to file MSME FORM-1 along with details of such supplier, it's PAN and reason for delay.
