Motor vehicle itc in case of tour operator
I am a tour operator and have purchased 10 innvoa and 5 dzire and providing services for passenger transportation will ITC of motor vehicle , repair bill ITC of same vehicle,and insurance ITC of vehicle will be available or not?

Yes if you use those motor car for use transportation of passengers then you can ITC for same ( see sec 17 sub 5 of CGST Act, 2017)
Yes you are eligible to claim ITC of all the services related to passenger transportation. hopefully you have taxi passing of all such vehicles.
No.... if you are charging 5% on FC
