More confusion after becoming CA

I cleared my CA this november attempt. I am totally confused about which career option to choose.

I am confused between Finance (Mostly banking) and IT (ERP and Business Intelligence)

Finance: It is the traditional field for CA's. As such there is more stability. However, one may get bored doing the same routine work.

IT: It is the hottest career option as of today. ERP implementation, XBRL are need of the day where CA's are being hired as Functional Consultant. However, it is an unconventional area as compared to Finance. Some of my seniors don't recommend it.

I am seriously confused and need your help. I have equal liking towards both the options. Which one to choose?

Both r good option, my view you can go with finance and u can try for CFA usa one which makes more proficient in finance and you can reach good positions..CFA has world wide scope and it will be good combination with CA..

its my view
wait for others views..

Best of luck

Stick to Finance or something conventional at the start of ur career. Later on you can decide where to go from there. Easier to go from conventional to non conventional, rather than other way around.
