Mood Swings and ca final exams

I am a sincere guy...

Let me come straight to the point.

I have thought to give grp2 exams in nov2019.

I have bought books.

But not able to concentrate and focus on studies.

I need a mature advise.

I have just 1 year to complete my journey.

I am 29 and had read many things on goal..passion...failures...success...
etc

So now I am in need of a mature advise. Otherwise would be living just like others.

I have recovered from depression after many years. Even I want to give me and my family a better life.
