if 2017-2018 GST returns filing is not done as on 31-03-2019 what will be the status and implications

so far so good till 31032019 you can do so , but when the same dead line is crossed then we have to wait and see.

1) if you have crossed the turnover limits and started raised invoices and collected GST immediately pay and file returns , then only your customers will get the credit benefit or else they may not settle full bill value and also your responsibility to pay the full tax ,which will amount to 18 or 28% loss , act fast

2) first find out the GST no is active as on date or else Jurisdictional authority will clarify on this for regularisation of account
