Moa/aoa provisions - subscribers

For starting or incorporating a private limited company, the main requirement is to have DIN. So any person having age more than 18 years can obtain the DIN although he is student or house wife. And for a director, he may be non executive director just subscribing the shares of the company and need not to do actually the business. So the applicants may proceed for the incorporation ir-respect of house wife or the student provided they are having age more than 18 years.
