my son completed 18 years on June 2017 can I file his return for financial year 2017-18. or have to club his income in mine

Your son can file ITR for AY 2018-19, for his individual earnings.
if your son has earned any income during the period April to June (till the date your son became major), it has to be clubbed in your income and for remaining income your son has to file ROU
