91 Hours Attendance is Considered to give OLT exam. 
If your exams are clashing, it is better to postpone your ITT to the next month and concentrate on your exams dear.

You should register only if you are reasonably sure you can complete the required attendance after taking those 9 days off. If 26 days attendance is the minimum, missing 9 out of 31 leaves you with 22 days, so you would fall short unless the institute gives some relaxation for exams.
