While preparing the MGT-7 for small company, it asking dsc of company secretary. I think, dsc of CS is not required for small company. Now, what is the solution?

I have also faced such problem early many times. Since Act itself has exempted certification for many of the eforms for small comps i do doubt why MCA asking for certification from professionals for smal comps. The responsible person is Infy. It is very painful that Infosys IT giant is very inffective in managing the system. This is an technical issue putting excessive burden on stakeholders. I request you to raise an complaint at MCA website and write to PM and FM stating your concerns
