Dear Karan,
I agree with Ankur Ji that you have to get your focus back. Now, this calls for -
1. Doing away with " What if I fail " mode of thinking - the sooner, the better. While walking on a tightrope, if you ever think in that fashion, you are sure to fall. Consider the image below :

2. Get yourself rid of this notion that if you are not able to study for 6-8 hours at a stretch, you are not doing justice to your studies.
3. Also, don't you ever think, now that you are able to concentrate for 2 hours at one go means your powers are on the wane. Psychologically speaking, it is impossible to concentrate for 6-8 hours with the same intensity. That's why in a 7-hour-long Chess Game, even the most gifted ones DO NOT sit in front of the Chess Board for more than 1 and a 1/2 hours. Think about the intensity side while staying with your books. One more example, which one is more dense?
-- One teaspoonful of iron or
-- One teaspoonful of Black Hole ???
Quality counts, Dear Karan; and you know that.
4. Regarding which subject to finish first, for me, it has always been the easier ones to start with, gaining confidence, and then moving on to the tougher ones with more time and self-belief in my pocket. ( Many find Ankur Ji's method more convenient. Hence, you have to choose yours according to your mental frame).
5. Last but not the least, clearly define( to yourself) what actually do you mean by " my preparations are not serious still... " i.e., what are the parameters of seriousness to you? Do you gauge it by labour put in per day? Or focused and regular study for certain number of hours per day? Or finishing your daily targets on a regular basis? ...
Get your focus back, be confident ( by caring a darn about what will happen in future --- you must do this. Don't allow contrary logics to creep in your mind and pollute it).
And don't isolate yourself with the books. Come here, when you have time and interact.
Your efforts will be amply rewarded, for sure.
