Hello everyone!!

I am Cs final passed student and i have started my MAnagement training aswell.i have completed 9 months here.But then I have started CA ourse registering myself in a direct entry scheme .So as per new regulations OF ICAI i have to go through a 9 month Artcileship training before appearing for my IPCC exams due on May'14. but as per my CS training ends by September i cannot start my artleship training....for CA exams..and then wont be able to give my exams by May '14....guys do explain me what to do and what not to Do???

In Direct entry scheme you registered with degree or CS qualification???

Registered with Degree certificate means 9 month articles compulsory.

Cs Certificate means Passing a minimum of 1 group is necessary for articles.

It's better to start CA Articles if you want to write in may'14 Nitish.

Can Anyone Suggest me :

If a listed Company transfers its Brands to the Unlisted Companies (which may or may not be a subsidiary co.) then what are the compliances I have to go through and What coulsb be the Corporate Governance of such companies and the laws related to Income Tax, Companies act and SEBI.????
