Membership number issue

In Direct entry scheme you registered with degree or CS qualification???

Registered with Degree certificate means 9 month articles compulsory.

Cs Certificate means Passing a minimum of 1 group is necessary for articles.

It's better to start CA Articles if you want to write in may'14 Nitish. 

Can Anyone Suggest me :

If a listed Company transfers its Brands to the Unlisted Companies (which may or may not be a subsidiary co.) then what are the compliances I have to go through and What coulsb be the Corporate Governance of such companies and the laws related to Income Tax, Companies act and SEBI.????
