Mca web-site view public documents error

I am continuosly facing error when trying to view public documents on MCA web-site. I am able to make payment, and view list of documents. I am also able to download documents like Copy of Intimation by Auditors. But when I try to view documents like Balance Sheet & Annual return, then I get the error

Fatal Error: Please contact Help Desk / Back-Office Support with reference ID 19042014011358000452677.0

I have downloaded and installed the Java version as recommended by MCA. I have tried on Windows Xp, Windows 7. I have tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone please shed some light on this?

Sir,

To view the public documents on MCA portal, first you will have to get log in and then pay the charges of Rs. 50/-. after that you can view this documents for only 3 hours as and when you start to view the first document.

Yes, I paid Rs.50, and I can see the list of documents too. But when I click on the documents, then I am getting logged out. I am using WIndows XP. I have updated the latest version of Java. Earlier this was working fine, but since past few months I am facing this issue. I also tried on another PC with Windows7. Same problem.
