Hi

you have to file form 67 alongwith the attachment if any required to clarify th query.

I think resubmission means filing of form again with correction as indicated by ROC and Form-67 is in nature of addendum means extra ad with Form 67 as and when ROC demand.

For example if you have filed Form 1 with ROC and ROC demand that you make correction in MOA, in that case you will make correct ion in MOA and Filed with Form 67 without fee to ROC.

Check the user clarification asked by ROC..

If resubmission is required then, u have to file the same form after making changes that are required by ROC.. in this case no need of form67..

but if they are asking just for additional info, then u have to file form 67..

that mail was very clearly stating that whether u have to go for resubmission or form67..
