Vineet is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA – with 15 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Process Transformation, MOU, setting-up of International Operations, Stakeholders’ Relationship Management, Project Management, etc.

Vineet has been providing Strategy and Finance services, by delivering tangible and time bound results. He was ‘Interim’ CFO (on assignment) of companies across industries like Financial Services (NBFC), Public Services (Skill Development), IT, Ayurveda, etc. He has earlier been involved with Coca Cola, EMC, an Oil & Gas company listed on Indian Stock Exchange, a Pharmaceutical company having foreign PE Investor, a Metals & Power Company, etc. Vineet has set-up operations in multiple countries, secured funds from Banks (in India and Overseas) and from Private sources to attain growth plans, led Process & ERP Transformation assignments across locations and transversal Functions – driving efficiencies and cost savings, and successfully explored his global network to do MOU with business partners across geographies & sectors (including drafting the MOU and doing Commercial Negotiation). Vineet’s above experience has been in Hong Kong, Philippines, US, Oman, and Dubai.

As almost all his work has been client-facing, Vineet has gained significant experience in managing stakeholders’ relationship (C-Suite, Business Partners, Financial institutions, Internal Teams, etc.). By leading teams of varying size and diversity, to get the work done under strict timelines, he has developed strong decision-making skills. This execution of a variety of multi and cross functional corporate initiatives (internal and external) has been in fiercely aggressive and unstructured environment – all of which has given Vineet a proficiency in Project, People, and Process management.
