Mca - inc - 24

Dear Professional friends,

I am in the process of change of company name and objects of the company:

Now INC - 24 is came for resubmission : asking for "declaration that the company has not defaulted in payment of matured deposits/ debentures and interest thereof " as required under rule 29(1) of the incorporation rules 2014"

Can anyone help me by providing the format (Declaration under rule 29(1) of the same.
