There is one Addnl Law Material of 178 pages which has been brought for the 1st time in Jan 2011.

This Material includes BIFR, Corporate Secreterial Practices, FEMA (addnl issues) etc.

The Institute has posted in ICAI website, but this fact tat there is another book is not even known to ten amongst 100.

so Kindly beware of all the latest things bein posted published silently by the Insti since all this material is applicable for May Exams.

so can any type of practical or theory q be asked in this upcoming exm?

Better understading of students by itself means that the questions are gonna be asked from it.. I believe questions from BIFR and SEBI will be asked from that book for sure.. worth spending some time and givin a snap shot to it..
