I have cleared in PE II second group. I have one more last attempt for 1st group. I am ok with accounts & Law subjects. I am confused with regard to Auditing. Kinldy suggest me a  reference book which is useful in preparation. I am following the institute material for the same.

 Yes, its totally official now. U can check in the ICAI website.

It's now official.. See the announcent dated 03-02-2009 in the icai website.. D exams ll b held in June 2009 instead of May 2009.... All d best...

When the application forms for PE2 will be available? Does anyone know.
