Maximum no. of directors in a private limited Company
Dear Friends.. can anyone clarify what is the maximum limit of directors that can be appointed in a private limited Company ( though it is 15, and on passing resolution it could be increased, but maximum upto what no.)

section 149 doesnt provide limit on max no. of directors after passing the special resoultion.
Therefore appoint as many as shareholders allow in the resolution
