yes it is possible ... if the employer contributing toward RPF of employee more than 12% then it shall be taxable for employee... however employer can claim deduction in 36 (1) of in pgbp... provision.. deduction is allowed -- 10%of the basic salary. or employer contribution whichever is lower.. And employee can contribute any amount as much as he want...
