I m working with a pvt ltd company. Is MAT is applicable on Pvt Ltd company. If yes please tell me about it. Accounting provision for MAT ???????

yes MAT is applicable to pvt ltd companies
MAT is applicable on pvt companies also. Make provision of Income tax if after computation, tax comes from MAT liability.
Check for MAT credit entitlement also.
