Hie!
An intimation u/s 143(1) of I.T Act , 1961 has added INTEREST u/s 234B and 234C as well on MAT.
Is such interest applicable on MAT? Is there any provision or case law relating to this???
Kindly advice.

YES INTEREST U/S 234A 234B 234C ARE ALSO APPLICABLE ON MAT…

Interest u/s 234 are applicable on all tax payments including MAT.
