However i have a doubt. Something was to come with regards to FDI in LLP's. However i dont think anything is mentioned in the circular. It only mentions that only NRI & PIO's can invest in capital of firm & proprietorship firms. But nothing is mention in case there is any foreign investment in FDI by any means.
Wait for press notes regarding the same...chain has started from today...
