Is any one tell me that still MAOCARO is applicable to PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY on which CARO 2003 is not applicable.

MAOCARO 1975 was replaced by MAOCARO 1988 which was in turn replaced by CARO 2003. So MAOCARO is not applicable anymore.
