The concept of "Manufacturing & Trading" which were under Central Excise Rules still continues under GST regime, please advice.

A cement block manufacturing unit selling cement also. ( manufacturing blocks + trading cement also) his turnover below 75 Lakhs. what is his tax liabilty ubder composition schene? 2% or 1%?
