what about manpower planning and recruitment service. is it removed from reverse charge mechanism .who is it going to pay for the same.

but is not mentioned in the new list that is published recently.
in the manpower there is no RCM applicable. RCM applicable only if you received the service from unregistered dealer.

gst on manpower supply will deposit on foreward charge basis and rate will be 18%.
