Dear All,
Can a person be appointed as managing director and chief executive officer in same public company, i have gone through section 196 and 203 and rules made thereunder, there is no prohibition in appointing of a person in two designation of same company.
while filing MR 1, System is not allowing me to select both managering director and chief executive officer tabs, does it means, do i need to file two MR 1 for each designation, even though of same person.
same way, do i need to file two DIR-12.
expecting practical view on the above said issue.
