Maintaining a private limited company.

Dear Experts, We have a private limited company delhi based we have just started our business in the name of our company. We have DVAT registration. What I want to know is that what are the things that requires to maintains regarding what kind of returns do we need to file or any information is maintained to send to Government Offices regarding health of the Company or what kind of communications would we need to make in future with any Government Offices??? Please help me regarding this. Thanks in advance
