I want to know when in Govt jobs for Accounts and Finance . they need candidates having post graduation degree(m.com), So my question is person only b.com with ca inter is equivalent to post graduate degree.or more than M.com
And if there is written anywhere that Ca inter qualification is equal to m.com or higher than m.com degree

graduation and post graduation's are university given degrees and CA is a proffesional degree if not other wise provided in govt notification(for recruitment) than one can not assume ca as a post graduation
and as far as talking about ca inter or pcc/ipcc
look these are intermidiate exams held by icai for course as a whole
and in academin point of view cpt/pcc does not holds any value
you even cant demand to treat pcc certificate as a graduation degree

& POST GRADUATION DEGREE ALSO HAS MORE VALUE IN THE MARKET AS COMPARED TO CA-INTER
AND EVEN THE STUDENTS HAVING CERTIFICATE OF ATC ARE HAVING MORE VALUE THAN PCC/IPCC PASS
BCOZ THEY R HAVING CERTIFICATE FROM ICAI
