i applied lut on 7/3/2019 i have to renewal now

Yes that LUT valid Only 31/03/2019 you most renew after 31/03/2019
Yes You have to apply again for lut on 1st April 2019
if we already applied for lut for fy 2019-20 in march why should we have to apply again for new lut in April 2019 can anyone explain please...thank you
