1.LUT process and list of documents require under GST
2. Format of documents.

please guide.

LUT application need to fill online on GST portal. Only detail of two witnesses need to give in form. no documents is required to submit along with application except copy of LUT of last year if available.

we are going to take LUT first time and since last 1.5 years we have not exported any consignment. my query is that can we apply online for LUT.

You have to submit LUT online only.  No other option.

No document is required.

Yes ,.. you can apply for LUT online even though you have not made any Export yet
