My transporter is loss the duplicate for transporter copy in transit so now how i can avail the cenvat credit?

Cenvat credit can be available on the basis of triplicate copy of invoice.

In Dhananiwala Textiles Vs CCE 2006 (199) ELT 850 (CESTAT), it was held that cenvat can be taken on basis of triplicate copy of invoice.
