Loss of duplicate for transporter copy

Cenvat credit can be available on the basis of triplicate copy of invoice.

please provide me a any notification/circular or case law to avail cenvat credit on triplicate copy.

In Dhananiwala Textiles Vs CCE 2006 (199) ELT 850 (CESTAT), it was held that cenvat can be taken on basis of triplicate copy of invoice.
