lorry frieght paid to VRL Logistics and CGST 2.5% SGST 2.5% shown bill & Reflected in GSTR 2A, ITC with RCM. Whether service receiver is eligible to claim ITC.

RCM is applicable for payment to URD,why the VRL Logistics showing ITC with RCM

RCM on payment to URD is deferred to 30/9/2019, by notification 22/2018 CT (r) & VRL logistics services are cover under section 9(3) , the GTA services which is under RCM
