Login error and problem in resetting password

I was trying to login to my account with my password.But it says incorrect.Till last year one can reset or get the password back by doing eacknowledgment check.

But this year the eacknowledgment ask only for present year and that too even though correct doesnt accept it.

Also pan details though correct it still says name mismatch and doesnt help.

thrd option of secret answer well again thats saying incorrect entry hat to do now?
