Can LLP issue share capital at premium ?

There is no concept of 'Share' in LLP. LLP can never issue Shares. It has concept of 'Capital Contribution'
Thank you ... but Captial contribution can share at premium ??
No...I have never heard of it. There is no concept of premium in LLP.
