What goes I credited, 

Birth is my opening stock, 

Ideas are my Assets and 

Views are my liabilities, 

Happiness is my profit and 

Sorrow is my loss, 

Duties are my out standing expenses, 

And working is my prepaid expenses, 

Bad things I always depreciate, 

And all good things I always appreciate, 

Friendship is my hidden adjustment, 

My character is my capital, 

Knowledge is investment, 

Good will is my wealth, 

And my aim is totally the balance, 

In the end death is my closing stock.
