letter from institute for wrong details in exam form

I GOT A LETTER FROM INSTITUTE THAT YOU DID NOT ENCIRCLE POINT 8 IN EXAM FORM AND THEREBY WE CANT CHECK UR ARTICLE DETAILS STATUS....I HOWEVER FILLED ONLINE FORM AND I AM VERY MUCH SURE THAT I FILLED ALL THE DETAILS IN IT...INSTITUTE ALLOWED ME PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO GIVE EXAMS BUT SEND ME THE ARTICLE DETAIL FORM AND REUIRE ME TO SEND IT AFTER GIVING DETAILS BEFORE 30TH NOV ELSE THEY WILL NOT DECLARE MY RESULT....NOW I GOT THIS LETTER FROM ICAI(EXAM DEPT) C-1,NOIDA....I AM CONFUSED TO WHERE TO SEND THE FORM???AT VISHWAS NAGAR OR NOIDA????I AM PLANNING TO DO REGD. A.D. FROM POST OFFICE SO THAT I HAVE THE PROOF THAT I SEND THE SAME....

PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT ALL I SHOULD DO...I AM VERY TENSE...IS THIS A CAUSE TO WORRY????

Dear friend,

Call Noida Office at 0120 3054809 and get cleared.

I too received a letter requiring Certificate of service which I had submittedd along with Application Form.

I jus called Institute & they gave the above number.

In my case since I had submitted already told to ignore this letter

Hi Varun,

Absolutely no worries about that letter coz mine is a similar case. I had spoken to the concernned person at noida and also SIRC about this letter. According to them, its just a reconfirmation from our side that we will be serving the last 6 months at the time of taking the exam.]

Hence i got my dates confirmed with the SIRC and filled up the service certificate that was attached along with the letter and sent them to noida itself along with the photocopies of my id card and registration letter as a proof that my articles will get over on dec 31, 2010 itself.

So just get ur registration and completion dates confirmed with ur respective regional oofice and send them the service certificate duly filled in and signed by ur principal along with any other reqd docs. This will not come as a hindrance in u appearing or ur exams.
