Stock markets are indeed a dangerous preposition for making money. It is sort of organized gambling where few win, many lose.

However, it is not the making of money but the hope of making it, which keeps our interest alive. Otherwise the markets would have been deserted long ago.

To be frank its not my cup of tea....

It is very difficult to earn money and very easy to lose in the stock market.

.

Investment in stock market really requires TOUGH DISCIPLINES  to be followed.

.

Invest THAT MUCH which you can WASTE. It will not put a pressure upon you.

If you realise profits, you will generate best out of waste plus pleasure.

A Price has to move, PATIENCE should not be.

Always make purchases in small lots of different scrips/sectors to manage the risk.

Do not try to grab a rising stock, you will be trapped when it will come down.

As we are not habitual to "stop loss", we should not sale in the theme of  "stop profit" also.

As losses are incurred after accrual, profit should also be booked when it really accrues.

Every one knows about it but when he starts he forgets.

First of all, I thank you Lalit Ji for this insightful article.

I'd request you to kindly elaborate the following in a separate article ( if possible):

" In the face of the knowledge that one doesn't really know, what's the right action? Not invest or trade? That would be pointless, because investing or trading, even with incomplete information, can lead to substantially higher returns."

Thanks for sharing the article.

It would surely be of a great help to me...
