I had applied for refund under inverted tax structure using RFD 01 in which some purchase was imports.The sanctioning officer by mistake did not go through them and only issued refund for my credit on domestic purchase according to 2A.
He has already issued RFD 06 and the sanctioned amount has been credited to my bank account.When I pointed this to him he is also not sure how to fix this.Can anybody help on how can I get full refund and what the officer needs to do

Quick Summary
The amount which is short given must be re credited to your credit ledger. If yes then you can add this amount to next period's ITC for claiming refund.
It is a yearly refund as I know refunds are calculated on turnover and I also have refund for the next period
