I am working in an Ngo.
It would be of great help if anyone can share the legal compliances and regulations related to the FDI in NGO sector in Indian context.

Dear Anjali,

 

The regulation applicable to an NGO, for receiving foreign contribution is, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. The act requires you to  take approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs for receiving the contribution etc.
