Leave encashment under sec 43b(f)

Hi all,

I had a query regarding sec 43B(f).

In the books of a foreign branch of an Indian Company,should a provision made for leave encashment as on 31st March 2012 as per GCC (Gulf Coordination Council) Laws be disallowed under clause 21(i)(B) of  FORM 3CD?

Please help me. Expecting a reply as fast as possible.
