Leave & Stipend during exam leave

DEAR DINESH,

I AM ALSO AN ARTICLE ALONG WITH CA FINAL STUDENT , MY ATTEMPT WILL BE FALLING IN MAY 2010 . MY PRINCIPAL PROVIDES LEAVE FROM JAN TO MAY 2010 .

AS IN OUR ARTICLESHIP CODE OF CONDUCT SPECIFY THAT ALL ARTICLES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TAKING LEAVE FOR A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 180 DAYS INCLUDING HOLIDAY + OTHER REASONS.

IF ANY ARTICLE TAKES LEAVE FOR IN EXCESS OF 180 DAYS THAN SUCH LEAVE BEING COUNTED BY PRINCIPAL SIDE BY SIDE OUR INSTITUTE WHEN AFTER COMPLETION OF ARTICLESHIP WE ARE SUBMITTING FORM NO 108 IN THREE COPIES THAN IN SUCH FORM IT MAY BE CLEARLY MENTION BY OUR PRINCIPAL THAT THE STUDENT HAVE TAKEN IN ALL THE THREE YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP LEAVE = XXX DAYS .

FOR YOUR'S STIPEND QUERY EVERY CHARTERED PAY TOTAL 3 YEARS PERIOD OF STIPEND BY MEANS OF MONTHLY / QUATERLY/ HALF YEARLY/YEARLY AND SETTLED FROM THEIR ARTICLE ACCORDING TO THE SERVICES TAKEN FROMTHEIR ARTICLE

hey pls let me knw... my articleship is gettin over on 21st of june 2011 (3 1/2 yrs) n my final attempt is on nov 2011.... till now i hav taken leave of only 4 mnths includin the leave for my pcc exams... if i tke leave only of 15 more days then what is the maximum leave i can avail before my final attempt...... pls help....

  If I am taking the  leave for preparation of exam than i will get my stipend for that period which i have taken leave for exam 

Dear Sir,

I am in last year of my articleship. I have taken only 21 days leave till now & my ca has deducted my stipend for the same. can i able to receive my stipend for the said period  and can i get my stipend for GMCS class. please reply.
