As per RTP issued by ICAI "You need not to learn any Sections or Case Laws for Business Law at IPCC level."
For Company Law, try to remember only the major sections and Case Laws.
Don't learn too much section, you may get confuse. Focus should be more on the matter. As Sections and Case Laws carry hardly 4-5 marks in Exam.
For reference to important section, refer this link --> https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-6exI7hGuZ8s/Ton6rNuU_9I/AAAAAAAAABA/uXliHeYMLb4/s1600/law+importent.jpg
My personal advise would be don't try to cram too much section as it will create pressure only.
Last tip: If you don't mention sections or Case Laws your 0.5 mark will be deducted in each question and hardly 3-5 marks in overall paper but if you quote wrong section or case law, whole answer will be treated as wrong. and you will get a 0. So be carefull while writing section.
