law book final

Hello,

As this is the high and right time to lift your study standards. As per my personal opinion you should 100% go for the book of Munish Bhandari along with Bare Act reading. There is no harm in developing a habit to refer bare act.

People here are really confused about the importance and use of Bare Acts. Please try and understand Bare Act is not for preparation and just for reference purpose. You can always refer particular section from Bare Act very quickly.

So bare act is not meant for learning but for reference purpose.

If you find a section discussion in book very lengthy and got completely confused then simply check the exact section form bare act and decide accordingly. It will give you specific idea about the length of section.

u can n shud refer only munish bhandari's book..no need to refer bare act, as the sections in Bare Act same to same are also provided, not in all but in some questions, in this book.

however, u may refer bare act for understanding purpose i.e. how to read the bare act, how the sections are arranged..so if u have enough time n have passion for law subj., u can refer bare act..

Dear Ashish,

For CS final I would advise you to base your study on ICSI study Material. Give a quick reading to the important topics selected on the basis of frequently asked questions in previous exams.

In CS final also scanner with the ICSI guidelines solution of previous exams plays an important role. Also refer coaching notes. For income tax theory ---refer girish ahuja and for tax practicals refer---Singhania.

For IDT Bangar is sufficient. For Law refer Munish Bhandai.

munish bhandari book is sufficient ....no need to refer bare act....

but i also agree wid ankur sir....dat der is no harm in developing a habit to refer bare act....

if u hv tym den u cn also study bare act.....othrwise munish bhandari book is sufficient.............

I agree with ANKUR Sir that if you want the conceptual clarity you MUST AND SHOULD THE SECTION FROM BARE ACT.

It really helps .I have been following Sir"s advice  and  now all the provisions of Company Law are crystal clear to me.

Infact  i also read Sections , Rules for IDT and DT from the Bare Act.

But reading from the Bare Act is an Art.You should be able to break the Sections in parts logically.The best example to break the SEctions,Rules etc in the parts is DEEPAK GUPTA  Sir and Vinod Gupta Sir Notes. See them and learn that Art.
