Do i need to buy new edition of Bhandari sir's handbook or the old edition i have of Aug.11 be sufficient..if there haven't been any amendments since then..?
Audit-Is surbhi bansals notes alone sufficient to score well in this subject?

For law you can refer the rtp for ammendments.
and for audit you should prefer compiler or practice manual; notes may not not be sufficient.
